Hard to be neutral on the socio-political spectrum, isn't it?

Who can tell whose truth is truer or fake, faker than those of others in this world of super-relativism?

Isn't trying being apolitical the hardest thing to do nowadays?

The only thing that I could do is collecting some opinions (including my own).

Salute to all the servicepersons - the only True Diversity-in-action at the foxholes and in the battlefields where dealing with life and death is not a callous pony-show or political sound bites: men, women, GLBTQA; different race/ethnicity, religions, ancestries / historical waves of the voluntary-involuntary immigrant status, languages, and various "SOCIAL CLASSES" of the past, present, and future (hopefully we don't need the last one.)

"HAPPY" Veteran Day... Ya, a while ago, I retired as a captain.

Old soldiers never die; they just NEED to know why the price of PEACE has been so high (who truly died for her and for whose best interests and the worst mistakes??). Why is the business--military-industrial complex continuously expanding into more and more deadly/costly manufacturing, and WHY, as well as WHO is raising the Price Tag for each piece of peace, for what purposes?

War : the man-made disaster vs. natural catastrophe? genetically programmed? intelligently designed? a necessary godlike-evil? 

WAR, for sale, the most powerful and lucrative commodity on this planet!

在那個艱苦的年代 , 一個台灣艋舺人家, 有兩個女兒 (我姐和我) 去當巾幗英雌, 保護父母家庭, 捍衛台灣之國 - 沒什麼稀罕. 卻是 一言難盡! Ya, 故事多多! 雖然是慢慢的爬, 回憶起來, 還是不錯的. 的確, 眾生平等. 真的耶! 萬丈大樓平地起, 英雌不論出生困.

黃麗月, my 3rd elder sister - a retired Major who was supposed to be a great surgeon. Due to my family condition, she turned to Military Medical school (trading off her aspiration, ability and future for the free tuition to sign-up assigned service time in the military). The Opportunity Cost "transformed" her a surgeon-to-be into a nurse. My parents have ten children, who never got a chance to attend, even the elementary school. By the way, demographically speaking (as in the last week's sociology class, topic on Global Stratification, ) this can also serve as an example of the correlation between the deprived education/ occupation and the number of offspring, except, perhaps, some powerful, affluent and ideologically constrained families that need more offspring to inherit wealth, power, prestige, and religion.

Bertrand Awr I am the luckiest one among my siblings, who got proper and enough amount of challenges to unfold and enrich my life. My older and younger brothers and sisters are less fortunate, though.
