your post might also answer many others' questions. Thanks. ( I try not to be an old-story-teller of David vs. Goliath again and again...)

Taiwan still respects IOC as a formal organization and willingly to participate as best as she can, even though under some unreasonable and intolerable treatments by such a big establishment and its proteges.

There are autocratic regimes training their medal-collecting athletes like slaves in the concentration camp, not excluding the forced "enhancers intake"- without basis human rights...only demanded to sacrifice for their nation's authoritarian pride.
With a big population and monetary interests, what corporations or companies don't know how to side with?
When does Sport mean sport?
With no fault of its/Sport own, power/politics and money are, probably, the main themes embedded in the show business.
IOC, just does its job for its own survival as usual. No blame.

With no fault of its (Sport) own, power/politics and money are, probably, the main themes embedded in the show business.

IOC, just does its job for its own survival as usual. No blame. In fact, several NGO groups have been representing Taiwan to urge IOC and relevant orgs to change "Chinese Taipei" into "Taiwan" for a couple of decades. Such efforts have been heard gradually. IOC might be able to do something justly.

No matter what, Taiwan, will never gives up her rights and duty as
a good member of the international community.
