Crystal LC Huang Students integrated visual elements via principles of design to conduct their own art criticism, plus a debate on the ultimate art evaluation - Censorship (week 9). The hard core issues of Religion, Morality, and Politics on Art Censorship might get a less ideological rendition via art criticism - hopefully.

Crystal LC Huang ~ "What happened in Crystal's Classroom?" series ~
A student's project used "Light" as one of the visual elements. Melody turned off the light in the classroom during her mini-presentation, and then used flash light to project her design on the blackboard to let us see the imagery. Here are a couple of examples that I shared with class prior their hands-on: Shadow arts.
