Crystal Huang A brief translation (the picture is Avalokiteshvara).
The most beautiful face is incomparable to a kind smile.
The highest achievement is incomparable to a benevolent deed.
The best enjoyment is incomparable to a tranquil mind.
The richest possession is incomparable to the sharing wisdom.
The vast knowledge is incomparable to a compassionate heart.
The deepest enlightenment is incomparable to the instant moment of let-go.

Just decided to put the picture of Avalokiteshvara and a brief translation together on the poster.

Crystal Huang Several learners of the Online Diversity and the Compressed Hybrid Sociology reported that they were unable to see grades and my feedback as well as the uploaded assignments. I checked again and again and had no clues. Then just now, the Director of IT Department Dr. Karin sent out email messages (see below, may be helpful to you) to all, regarding a malicious Rasomware called -Cryptowall that hijacked files for ransom. Then I thought of a connection between these events.

Crystal Huang Isn't the picture a little bit too harsh?? But where is our dear Mike McCarthy ! ? Good, not on the top list.
Too big to fail? Also the ball (and the themes behind it) is quite different ! In fact, I am getting chubbier as a mouse potato...- worrisome... I definitely, need to mobilize all the limbs and motor neurons for functioning, for example, doing more yard work, engaging more with my garage things, or just going out to play football/soccer...etc. A reminiscence- a few years ago, I went back to Taipei with a growing size of 8+ and many friends were surprised how I "inflated" myself in such a "plumpy" way ? They had no clue that it was O.K. to be size 8 and beyond... (particularly, in the Cheesy state, hehe...)

Don't worry - you are not alone! I had been a great contributor to that RED bag, too, and have been dreaming ambitiously - would WE, THE PEOPLE, one day, be able to stop nannying the character of the humongous chunk at the right hand side !??

Crystal Huang Photo shared from The Blue Nation Review and The Blue Street Journal. Steve contributed even unbelievably more to the red bag at UW-Madison: a great motto kept in mind "get your education in order to pay your student debt, if you don't have positive cultural capitals behind you ". Mine (reversed a procedure - "got a job first and then went back to school to pay edu debt !") to U-Minnesota at Twin Cities reached $ 50,000. These two "exemplars", seemingly, did not go well with their cultural capitals. But that's O.K., and in fact, a hard-to-get privilege, in retrospect. Life moves on and on ! By the way, had MOOCs been a Phantom Opera?

Crystal Huang A friend said - being TA, RA saved a lot. Unfortunately it does not apply to part time students who less likely have the luxury and privilege to contribute to academic ("collaborative") publications.

Crystal Huang Anyway, are you also gradually realizing that the edu debt is good (just like that movie snapshot -"greed is good" ) => "I debt, therefore I must exist" !?? So isn't education, like the health care business, a Commodity, depending on the Purchasing Power along with an artificially distorted supply-demand line? Isn't survival for the fittest? inherited, privileged (surely, we'd better deny them), but earned every bit of them- yes, we all do :D!
