"...再舉一個眾所皆知的例子. 那是我曾在另一篇文章中, 提到以馬X克在西朝鮮與德國製造電動車的經驗, 來解釋我上面所說的極權高效率低人性, 與重視民權民意卻低效率的現象, 在改變或改進市容上, 有何難易程度做個對比:

由於極端氣候的變本加厲, 多數國家逐漸參與保護生態環境的運動. 西朝鮮國應和西方先進國家, 同步打熱環保牌. 也因為這個契機, 它多少成為馬某生意興隆的貴人, 不但讓他的債務起死回生, 又讓他做得風生水起, 賺得盆滿缽滿. 明的說, 搞電動車產業, 本身就是實踐環保的節能減碳的一大壯舉, 而實質上, 他卻把西國做成理所當然的生態破壞白手套國. 西朝鮮國給馬某無與倫比的產業優惠條件, 包括從圈下大片便宜土地, 多方減稅免稅, 速造速成的廠房, 有效地收集各式各樣造車的原料, 利用做死做活的廉價礦人, 不顧對土地, 水源, 空氣, 居家環境, 動植物的殘害, 短短不到10個月, 特斯拉速戰速決, 大量出產電動車輛, 連帶宰割西國韭菜購車市場. 而西朝鮮國, 不計任何破壞生態, 壓榨順民的代價, 獲得電動車建造的主要技術與資訊, 樂得心花怒放, 立馬抄襲仿造, 自行大量製造三十多型山寨版便宜電動車, 年產上千萬輛, 帶動西朝鮮國內部上中下游輕重工業服務業, 並在東歐國家設廠加造, 總共擁有世界2/3的電動車市場, 讓黨朝皇親國戚權貴白手套等等特殊打造出來的新階級, 賺飽到不知今日是何年. 然後, 因產能過剩, 西朝鮮國就以低於國際均價60%的便宜價格, 向全世界傾銷, 使得歐美電動車業, 普遍顯現難以招架的無力感.

為什麼會如此? 在此, 就要提到那個馬某在德國的經驗: 要知道馬某在德國建廠, 歷經了無止境的艱難挑戰, 終而勞心憔形: 從圈地開始, 就遭受當地環保居民的重重抗議, 包括墾土砍筏樹木, 破壞林木生態, 不利蝙蝠生存, 影響當地居民水源, 工廠製造噪音, 破壞市區景觀等等一波又一波的抗告事件. 由於環保案件層出不窮, 對簿公堂的繁瑣, 搞得馬某焦頭爛額. 在花下巨額的訴訟費, 以及難以計量的在法院所花費時間與精力, 歷經三年的折騰, 最後透過德國政府的安撫協調群眾運動, 終得以開工建廠. 德製電動車千呼萬喚死出來, 應是苦盡甘來, 不料, 再來更大一波的工人罷工, 因為德工薪資, 只比西國人礦的才多五倍, 他們可不是像西朝鮮國的順民奴隸那麼容易好擺平, 他們要求馬某應付比西國的人礦多二十倍以上的薪資, 才合理. 這種西方普遍的產業與經營模式, 怎能與西國的有著數億奴工的原始叢林山寨製造方法, 來做競爭呢? 它的巨大產能, 一但運作起來, 可不像是過去的臺灣, 日本, 韓國, 新加坡等等小國的規模啊!

馬某是多少了解, 這些合理的勞資對抗,爭取利益, 以保持生活水平, 或改善生活素質, 在先進國家, 是很正常的現象, 哪怕是被專制極權國家竊笑為愚蠢兼曠日廢時沒效率. 而他也應該清楚, 要是發生在西朝鮮國, 那可不被黨國處以刁民暴民亂民賊民, 甚至於叛國之民才怪呢! 而轉移生態破壞的外部經濟成本, 到底要怎麼算呢, 人家西朝鮮國都不在乎了, 那他何妨樂得輕鬆, 反正多一事不如少一事, 彼此好來好去, 不是更好嗎?

在一般先進國家, 有些基於短期的利益盤算, 搖醒睡獅, 當成珍禽異獸地存活著, 以為用經濟的成長, 可把它變成馴良的動物, 參加有秩序的叢林生涯, 共同建設, 分贓富裕, 而不是來稱老大. 這個好的想法, 也許是在沒有列寧斯大林毛澤東意識形態, 欲拓展世界奴工無祖國的大一統境界之前提下, 也許有那個可能, 對吧?

西朝鮮國的專制極權體制, 是否以低端人口眾多, 難以教化管制為口實, 才施以犧牲子民的基本人權, 罔顧民意為對策? 而民間傳的 因為” 政黨只有想不到的, 沒有做不到的事,” 故能夠集中黨權辦大事? 過去二三十年來的翻山倒海挖洞補坑, 建大樓築高橋, 一波一波的硬體建設, 向世界展示極權統治的高產能, 高效率, 想要證明什麼呢? 的確, 如此的商君牧民方式, 是自由民主國家所望塵莫及的, 甚至於有民主國家的樂天人士, 不能或不願瞭解極權高效率後, 是誰付出的代價 (而又為什麼是他們,) 變得厭煩過度民主, 或濫用民主的拖泥帶水, 開始羨慕起西朝鮮國的有能耐有效率的專制本事! 所以說, 自由民主那種混亂沒效率, 怎能拿來當飯吃啊! 更根本的是, 這十來億的人礦子民, 懂個啥? 根本就不配! 給他們弄個皇帝, 一個個都得竊喜! 因此, 只要去掉人權, 罔顧人民福祉, 抹殺人性價值, 這個新時代特殊的共產權貴資本主義經濟, 怎能不讓世人大開眼界呢?..."
